This website is designed to assist newcomers in learning about our neigborhood, to provide information of interest to all residents, and as a "suggestion box" to the board.
The Menu at the top is included on each webpage - click on its menu items or use the text links within this paragraph. The Menu entries will provide you with up-to-date notice and alerts, including Board Meeting announcements, etc. We've listed all the Useful Links, including Utilities and Government Agencies, that we can think of to get the newcomer connected. The Contact the Board page tells you how to contact the board or management company by email, phone or snail-mail.
Documents of interest are each on a page of their own, including the latest Newsletter (when available) and FLHOA Documents page.

Break in occurred June 29th around 2:15 PM on Plymouth Lane. They broke in by breaking the front door frame. House alarm went off so only laptop was stolen. Neighbor had seen a green Ford Expedition in driveway next door near break in. Please be alert for any suspicious behavior and call 911.
